Dudley is a borough in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 184 at the 2010 census.Dudley is located in southwestern Huntingdon County at 40°12′21″N 78°10′32″W / 40.20583°N 78.17556°W / 40.20583; -78.17556, in the valley of Shoup Run, a west-flowing tributary of the Raystown Branch Juniata River.
